Registration Fees

Delegate registration fee:
€625+ VAT @ 20% = €750

Author registration fee*:
€500 + VAT @ 20% = €600
*Applies to one author of each accepted paper

Student registration fee:
€200 + VAT @ 20% = €240

An early booking discount of €50 is available for delegate and author registrations received before 31 July 2010.

A €50 discount (on full registration rates after this date) is available to members of the International Society for Vaccines and Japanese Society for Vaccinology.

The registration fee includes:

  • Access to conference sessions and poster sessions
  • Drinks reception on the evening of 3 October
  • Lunch and mid session refreshments as scheduled in the Congress program
  • CD of abstracts book and delegate manual available at the conference

Please note that a conference dinner ticket is not included in your registration fee, this must be purchased separately.

Conference dinner

Austrian Museum of Applied  Arts / Contemporary ArtAn optional conference dinner will take place on 4 October 2010 at the MAK – Austrian Museum of Applied Arts / Contemporary Art. Dinner includes a 3 course meal with wine and entertainment from a string quartet. Tickets cost €50 + VAT @ 20% = €60 each. Guests are welcome to attend.


Payment

Registration fees are payable in advance of the conference. In order to expedite the registration process, please complete the online registration form with your credit card details. Confirmation of your credit card payment along with registration confirmation documents will be sent to you by (air)mail. If you do not receive confirmation of your registration 7 days prior to the event, please contact the conference secretariat.

Cancellations

Substitutions may be made at any time but please advise the conference secretariat of a change of name. If you find it necessary to cancel the registration completely, please notify the conference secretariat immediately. Provided written notice is received by 22 August 2010, a full refund will be given less a 10% administration charge. Provided written notice is received by 5 September 2010, a 50% refund will be given. It is regretted for registrations cancelled after 5 September 2010, or for no-shows at the conference, the full fee (100% cancellation charges) will be payable.

In the unlikely event that Elsevier shall deem it necessary to cancel the conference, all pre-paid registration fees will be reimbursed. Elsevier shall not be liable for reimbursing the cost of travel or accommodation arrangements made by individual delegates.
