Author Registration DeadlinePresenting authors should register by 17 October 2008 to ensure their material is included in the final program and book of abstracts. Non-registered authors will be withdrawn after this date. Optional Congress DinnerAn optional dinner is being organized for the evening of December 8, 2008 at the Museum of Science. Further information will be available on this page shortly. Tickets cost US$75 per person and should be booked via the Congress Registration Form. PaymentRegistration fees are payable in advance of the conference. In order to expedite the registration process, please complete the registration form with your credit card details. Confirmation of your credit card payment along with registration confirmation documents will be sent to you by (air)mail. If you do not receive confirmation of your registration 7 days prior to the event, please contact the conference secretariat. Alternative payment methods:Checks should be made payable to Elsevier and should be sent with your completed registration form. In order to pay by bank transfer, you will first require an invoice. An invoice will be sent to you by airmail upon receipt of a signed registration form completed with your contact details and registration details. The reverse side of the invoice provides Elsevier bank account details for transfer purposes. Please do not transfer fees until you have received your invoice. It is essential that you include your invoice number when instructing your bank. Please forward a copy of the bank transfer documentation to the conference secretariat. CancellationsSubstitutions may be made at any time but please advise the Conference Secretariat of a change of name. If you find it necessary to cancel the registration completely, please notify the Conference Secretariat immediately. Provided written notice is received by October 26, 2008, a full refund will be given less a 10% administration charge. Provided written notice is received by November 9, 2008 a 50% refund will be given. It is regretted for registrations cancelled after November 9, 2008, or for no-shows at the conference, the full fee (100% cancellation charges) will be payable. In the unlikely event that Elsevier shall deem it necessary to cancel the conference, all pre-paid registration fees will be reimbursed. Elsevier shall not be liable for reimbursing the cost of travel or accommodation arrangements made by individual delegates. ChangesDetails are correct at time of going to print.
